Our rack system is compatable with all Dexion systems, and is supplied with powder coated blue frames and orange beams. We can also supply timber shelves for the lower “hand stack” levels, plus board supports, column guards, levelling shims, row spacers, and safety compliance signs. We can also manufacture a racking based shelf system to suit long lengths of pipe, timber or steel.

We stock medium to heavy duty frames from 900mm to 9m in height, and beams from 1372mm to 4000mm in length. Capacity of beam levels from 1000kg to 5000kg. (Pair of Chep type pallets only)

Only the highest grade of steel is used in the manufacturing process to ensure consistency in performance, and ensuring compliance with AS4084 1993 "Steel Storage Racking", Cold Formed Steel AS/NZ 4046 1996 and Euro FEM2002. All steel is high grade tensile SS400.
